Benefits That Work For You
take time for you
If you stay at a full sprint for too long you’re bound to eventually hit a wall, and you’ve been sprinting since the day you dawned the uniform. We want to ensure that while you’re chasing your career dreams you’re also taking time to care for your physical and mental health all the while ensuring your family gets the care they deserve. Here are some Power policies designed with your lifestyle in mind.
time off for va appointments
We veterans know dealing with the VA isn’t always an easy or straightforward process, and we don’t want you to feel like you need to choose between a successful career and taking care of your health. That’s why each veteran gets additional PTO each year for VA appointments.
A day of acclimation
For Reservists and Guardsmen, we’ve added an additional day of PTO after every period of service to recover, spend time with family, and reset your mind before you return to work.
mental health resources
Starting on your first day at Power, you get instant access to three free counseling sessions with a certified mental health professional through our Employee Resources Program plus help to locate a suitable mental health professional if you choose to continue your care.

veteran mentorship
Every single office at Power has veteran mentors and employees to link arms with you. Whether they made the transition to civilian careers years ago or just a few months before you, rest assured you’ll have co-workers who’ve been in your shoes and are happy to share their perspective.
