Benefits That Work For You
Time Off For VA Appointments
Dealing with the VA isn’t always an easy process, and we don’t want you to feel like you need to choose between a successful career and taking care of your health. That’s why each veteran gets additional PTO each year for VA appointments.
Mental Health Resources
Starting on your first day at Power, you get access to free initial counseling sessions with a certified mental health professional. And if you decide to continue your care, you’ll have help locating a long term mental health program that suits you best.
A Day of Acclimation
Balancing a civilian career and military service can be tough. So for Reservists and Guardsmen, we’ve added an additional day of PTO after every period of service to recover, spend time with family, and reset your mind before you return to work.
Guard / Reserve Differential Pay
Another challenge of serving in the guard or reserves can be balancing pay between the military and your civilian career. So whenever a Power employee gets placed on involuntary orders, we cover the difference between what they make in the military and what they make at Power.
