get career training before you transition

Veterans and military spouses gather to build community and grow as leaders in the business. These events help this military community progress rapidly in their careers.

Check out a few of the partnerships we’ve grown with programs that allow servicemembers to spend their last few months of active duty gaining real business exposure with organizations like ours.

What you’ll experience in your fellowship

  • Exposure to the business

We want you to get an overview of the whole company. You’ll hear from executives, leaders across the business, and key department heads who help keep our engine running smoothly.

  • a welcoming culture

We want you to feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. From each interaction in the office to all the fun events outside of work, we hope you enjoy the people you’ll be working with.

  • Role Specific Training

Part of a successful career is proper training which is why we’ve spent years developing our internal training processes to ensure you are always set up for success.

Meet a few of our ‘fellows’

Dream Big. Start small. Change the world.

2018 3 fellows

We ran our very first program and brought 3 Fellows into the business, one of whom is now a Vice President. We didn’t have it figured out yet but we knew we wanted to build something special.

2020 10 Fellows

Even with the uncertainty of COVID and the quarantine that came with it, we carefully brought 10 fellows into the business in cities across the country.

2022 85 Fellows

As leaders across the business started seeing the value of these veterans, more and more asked to have military fellows brought into their territories and departments which is why we saw such massive growth.

Brantley Friend, A retired Marine Master Sergeant and the Vice President of Installations in our Atlanta office, came through our very first fellowship class. And just like Brantley’s career, our Fellowship Program has leveled up and is quickly gaining national recognition.
